SALUS CENTER PRISSIANO
The Salus Center is a clinic located in Prissian on the Tisens Plateau at an altitude of 600 meters, just 17 km from Bolzano and 17 km from Merano.
Our clinic specializes in the rehabilitation of patients with osteo-muscular, neurological, cardio-pulmonary, and oncological diseases. Additionally, we provide targeted care in intermediate care.
The clinic is contracted with the South Tyrolean public health authority (Azienda Sanitaria dell'Alto Adige) for rehabilitation under Code 56 and Code 60, for outpatient rehabilitation, as well as for intermediate care.

THE FACILITY
The Salus Center private clinic is located in Prissian, in the municipality of Tisens (Bolzano).
The Prissian Plateau lies at an altitude of 600 meters, 14 km from Bolzano and 14 km from Merano. Thanks to its healthy air and particularly mild climate, the plateau is an ideal place for convalescence and rehabilitation throughout the year.
The facility is characterized by state-of-the-art technical and architectural features. Its architecture creates a special atmosphere that promotes and supports the recovery and rehabilitation process. Transparency, natural light, and the harmonious integration of the facility into its natural surroundings are the key principles of the architectural concept.
The facility offers single and double rooms, all equipped with a private bathroom/WC, telephone, TV, and internet access. Most rooms also have a terrace.
Spacious dining and common rooms, a bar, meeting rooms, and specially designed outdoor areas contribute to making patients' stay as pleasant as possible.
Rehabilitation services are provided across an area of more than 2,500 square meters, including spacious waiting areas, medical and psychological outpatient clinics, nursing wards, gyms, departments for physiotherapy and occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapies, as well as relaxation and multipurpose rooms. The facility also includes swimming pools with Kneipp walking paths and an X-ray room for conventional X-ray examinations.
These structural features make it possible to provide rehabilitation in a pleasant and comfortable environment, using state-of-the-art techniques and principles.
