Salus Center actively supports the continuous education of its employees, encouraging them to acquire new knowledge, skills, and competencies essential for professional practice. This is achieved both through the organization of in-house courses and by promoting participation in external training opportunities. Salus Center is accredited as an ECM provider by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano and regularly organizes courses for the professional development of its staff.
