Requests for inpatient rehabilitation are handled by our competent staff members.

Reservations can be made from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Contracted inpatient beds are reserved for patients requiring intensive inpatient rehabilitation (Code 56), post-acute inpatient long-term care (Code 60), or outpatient cardiological rehabilitation, who have been discharged or referred by physicians from public hospitals. Patients referred by general practitioners or specialists contracted with the public health service may also be admitted, provided that the admission request has been authorized by the physicians appointed by the South Tyrolean public health authority (Azienda Sanitaria dell'Alto Adige).

Private inpatient admission is also possible.

Admissions for Code 56 and Code 60 generally take place every day from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Admissions for outpatient cardiological rehabilitation take place from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Upon admission, patients must report to the reception desk with their medical prescription/referral, health insurance card, and a valid identity document.

Upon discharge, patients receive a medical report containing the final clinical information regarding their stay and functional recovery.

Patients must vacate their room by 10:00 a.m.
